Dr. Ivan Chan is a general dentist and the founder of Glendale Dental Wellness. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Sacramento, he earned his biology degree from UC San Diego and his DDS from the University of California, San Francisco. He provides comprehensive general dentistry including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant-related care.

We combine cutting-edge technology like iTero digital scanners, CBCT imaging, same-day crowns, and LANAP laser treatment with a warm, patient-centered approach. Every treatment plan is personalized to your unique needs, and we take the time to explain options clearly so you feel confident in every decision.
Do you accept insurance and offer payment options?
